Beth Callahan is a 1985 graduate of Catholic University, where she received a B.A. in American Government. She is also a 1992 graduate of Seton Hall Law School. Beth is currently a partner at the law firm of Callahan & Fusco, where she represents children with disabilities and their parents in getting services from school districts. Beth has been a member of the Better Days Foundation since it's inception in 2001. She is the mother of two and has coached girl's soccer and softball for the past three years.

Mike is a founding member of the Better Days Foundation and has served as Vice President since it's inception. Additionally, he attends Rutgers University's Social Work Program. Mike's responsibilities with the foundation include the direction of the Counselor in Training Program and Junior Counselor Program. These programs focus on teaching the campers leadership, teamwork, and the importance of helping others. Mike has 15+ years professional experience working with children, both regular learners and children with special needs.

Mike graduated from Providence College in 2001 with a B.A. in Quantitative Economics and has been involved with the Better Days Foundation since 2002. He currently attends Ohio University's Masters Program in Athletic Administration. Mike is responsible for the oversight of all funds, fundraising, and documentation for the foundation, management of the yearly budget, and execution of an athletic program that promotes safety, teamwork, leadership, and skill building.

Carrie has been involved with the Better Days Foundation since 2002. After meeting Amy Callahan at a 9/11 Support Group, she learned about Camp Better Days and was compelled to contribute. Her experience has been healing and life changing. Carrie worked for over 10 years as a Training and Development Professional at various financial institutions. Today, she is a stay at home mother raising her 2 year daughter.
6) Lauren Beam - Registered Camp Nurse

Lauren Beam graduated Johnson State College with a degree in Wellness & Alternative Medicine in 2003. She has been involved with Camp Better Days since 2002 and serves as the Camp Nurse. Lauren received her B.S. in Nursing from Seton Hall University in 2006 and currently works full-time as a Mother-Baby nurse.
