CAMP 2010
The Camp Better Days volunteers are looking forward to welcoming your child to Camp 2010. Our 9th year promises to be even better than before. Our volunteers are already working on new and exciting events and everyone is really excited for another fun filled week of Camp Better Days!! As always, we will have some surprises in store. Camp is scheduled for August, 18 - 25, 2010 and will be held at Camp Echo Lake in Warrensburg, New York. The campers and counselors will have fun together nestled in a natural environment away from home, the usual daily activities and stresses. We want people to challenge themselves to try new things if they choose.
FormsPlease fill out the application above, and the medical forms from Echo Lake. New York State law requires that each camper fill out the medical forms and have them signed by licensed medical professional. Camp Better Days campers must fill out Medical Forms 1 & 2 which are required. They are posted on the Echo Lake website at http://www.campecholake.com/section3/camperforms.html.

During each day at camp, campers and staff will start with a healthy breakfast, then two different assigned activities leading up to a supervised swim session. We'll have lunch, then a rest period. The afternoon has one activity of choice campers will sign up, we have an afternoon swim in the lake and then dinner. We end every night with our group circle, we sing the camp song, and everyone gives and gets a hug. Counselors escort the campers everywhere, and carry a flashlight, sunscreen, and bug repellent. The evenings include dances, outdoor movie nights, a camp fire night, concerts and we end the week with our world famous Talent Show.
